About

OFDW is commentary by me, Olamide F. Dozier-Williams. It takes a light-hearted, essayistic form. I work through the political economy of money because what could be more worthwhile and pressing in the most economic and capitalist society, ever, particularly when weighing the imbalance of it all.

As of writing this, I have three children, so there is no cadence. I write as I can, and send it along in the same vein. I would love to say something like, "this is, and will remain, free," but like, we are literally talking about money. That said, if this ever becomes of a certain value, I could offer some tiered subscription.

I have to write about myself, perchance people who do not know me read these commentaries and are curious. I was born in the District of Columbia and have lived in the area, on and off, since, spending much time in Harlem and Philadelphia. I am a political economist and currently affiliated with the Georgetown Center for Business and Public Policy.
